3.Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Attach a piece of paper with your order number and unique case number inside the package.
4. Delivery the packages to our shop in Saudi Arabia, our colleague will handle it. Upload the tracking information of the returned package in the return process after you shipped it back.The customer will be responsible for the local freight charges.
5. Once we receive your packages, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
6. The return address will be appeared on the final screen of the return process once your request for return been confirmed and also in your return confirmation email.
